These terms govern your use of Veloce AI (“Veloce”), including veloce-ai.co.uk and the Veloce browser extension. By using Veloce you agree to them.

What Veloce is — and is not

Veloce provides research about known faults on used-car models and analyses of vehicle adverts, compiled from public sources and generated with the help of AI. It is information to support your own judgement — not a vehicle inspection, a mechanical survey, a valuation, or professional advice. Sources can be wrong, adverts can be misleading, and an individual car can differ from its model's general record. Always verify the condition of a specific vehicle yourself — through the seller, the documents, and where appropriate an independent inspection — before buying.

Your account

You need an account to run checks. Keep your credentials secure; you're responsible for activity on your account. One account per person; automated or bulk querying of the service is not permitted.

Plans and payment

The free plan includes a monthly allowance of checks. Paid options — the Pro monthly subscription and the 90-day pass — are billed in GBP by Stripe. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled; cancel anytime via the billing portal and your plan runs to the end of the paid period. The 90-day pass is a one-off purchase and does not renew. Launch pricing is kept for as long as your subscription remains continuously active. If you believe you've been charged in error, contact us and we'll put it right — statutory rights unaffected.

Acceptable use

Don't scrape, resell, or republish Veloce's fault database or analyses; don't use the service to build a competing dataset; don't attempt to circumvent plan limits or interfere with the service's operation.

Liability

Veloce is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from decisions made in reliance on the information provided, including the purchase of any vehicle. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you've paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes and termination

We may update the service and these terms; material changes will be flagged on this page. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. You can delete your account at any time by contacting us.
